Sounds nice! Sort of resembles the north american indigenous tuning that Miguel Medina makes.

You can’t go wrong with one of Kyle’s flutes. I own a dozen of them and they are all fabulous. His Japanese scale flutes are super fun to play and will offer a nice change to your playing. Way to go Jonny for supporting all the flute makers you’re carrying at the Horizons shop!

The "YO" scale seems to be a variation on the Major Pentatonic Scale, Jonny Sensei, with the fifth or dominant note as the fundamental note of the flute, and the tonic or keynote a perfect fourth up from the bottom. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! Beautiful flutes, by the way!

I love the Yo scale. I use it on my irish whistles all the time. You ever checked out a koncovka overtone flute? Those are simple to make and to play. They might be a good addition to your shop!

dear Mr. Jonny. I have a bass NAF and of course it is easy and pleasant to play, you just blow and beautiful sounds come out. now I also bought an Egyptian flute (Mr. Erik) because I am delighted with the beauty of the sound. but no matter how hard I try, the sound is very difficult to come out of it, I don't know how to adjust my mouth and hands anymore, it's terribly difficult to play it, the sound when I get it is not clear, especially the lower, deeper tones. watching your video everything looks so easy, i don't understand how to fix it. and the sound is so beautiful that it makes me even sadder that I can't play it properly.
